Additional Account Security Using Multi-Factor Authentication

MCHCP provides Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all members accessing myMCHCP. MFA adds an essential layer of security by verifying a user's identity through additional information or services before granting access. On August 15th, 2025, MCHCP will require the use of MFA for all members. This requirement is part of our commitment to protecting your personal information and ensuring secure access to your account.

A code will be provided only to you via text message or email. This code will be used in addition to your username and password when logging into your myMCHCP account.

For help in setting up MFA, view our MFA Setup Guide.

This website is password protected to keep you and your family's health care information strictly confidential.
